Job summary

Oura, the health-tech company behind the Oura Ring, seeks a senior revenue accountant to develop and maintain ASC 606 policy framework, ensuring global alignment with new products and go-to-market strategies.

You will deliver sound accounting conclusions on complex deals, surface revenue considerations pre-signing, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate period-end revenue results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct ASC 606 revenue recognition experience.
• Strong technical writing and ability to read and interpret contracts.
• Experience in technology, consumer products, subscription, or recurring revenue environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a current, defensible ASC 606 policy framework to keep revenue policies aligned with new products and go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver sound accounting conclusions on complex deals and document reasoning in clear technical memos.
• Partner cross-functionally to surface revenue considerations before deals are signed and support accurate period-end revenue results.
