Job summary

Axios is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to help build and scale our CRM, reporting, and analytics capabilities, as part of our Revenue Operations team. This role owns and administers Salesforce Media Cloud, ensuring the platform meets the needs of our revenue organization and serves as a trusted source of data.

You will partner with Revenue Enablement, Client Partnerships, and Sales teams to solve business challenges, improve revenue processes, and enable teams to use Salesforce and data

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• 1–2 years in sales operations or sales analytics.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Cert)

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, manage users, layouts, flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with revenue Enablement, Operations and sales leadership.
• Build and optimize Salesforce environment supporting evolving revenue organization, sales processes, and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses for executives and cross-functional partners.
• Support data migration and data governance across Salesforce to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline revenue processes.
• Support sales planning, goals analysis, and quarterly business reviews with data.
• Troubleshoot issues, test deployments, and support Salesforce releases and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for user adoption.
