Job summary

DHI Group, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own Salesforce administration and the Sales tech stack. You will collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to deliver analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights that align sales targets with customer success.

The role focuses on data-driven decision support, process automation, and cross-functional project leadership to drive sales productivity and efficiency in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or Salesforce administration
• Strong expertise with CRM systems and sales insights engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight)
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for compensation analytics dashboards
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce business administration including user support, field and workflow automation
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility
• Ensure data quality through duplicate management, data standardization, and cleanup initiatives
• Create automated reporting for weekly/monthly sales reviews and board presentations
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic sales initiatives and territory planning
• Support sales team with technical troubleshooting and system optimization
