Act On seeks a hands-on Revenue Operations Analyst in the Portland area. You will own Salesforce configuration, data hygiene, reporting, and leadership materials, turning complex data into trusted insights for the revenue team.

The role emphasizes execution, meticulous data work, and clear documentation, with a hybrid schedule and collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
• 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce administration, ideally at a B2B SaaS.
• Salesforce skills: reports, dashboards, Data Loader, large imports, record merges; sandbox vs production, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce data hygiene, dedupe and backfill records without disrupting daily operations.
• Document fields, workflows, automations and cross-system data syncs for clean reporting.
• Maintain territories and account ownership in Salesforce for teams.
• Own integrations between Sales stack and Salesforce (Gong Engage) and monitor data flow.
• Run ZoomInfo enrichment and integrate ZoomInfo–Salesforce.
• Manage users, profiles and permissions; maintain fields and layouts.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, renewals, forecast and activity.
• Assemble data for QBRs and leadership decks.
• Support lead routing and data flow between Act-On and Salesforce.
• Process prioritized weekly sprints and communicate status clearly.
