Job summary
Solifi seeks a Business Systems Analyst to administer and optimize its Salesforce-based CRM and related revenue tech stack in Minneapolis. You will partner with Revenue Operations and Enterprise Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, supporting go-to-market processes.
This is an excellent early-career role to deepen Salesforce expertise, gain cross-functional collaboration, and grow in a fast-moving technology company focused on financial software.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years Salesforce administration experience
- ADM-201 or Platform Administrator cert
- Declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in IS/Business
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud daily
- Lead small to mid-scale system enhancements
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations for pipeline configuration
- Support integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, Clari
- Maintain data hygiene and governance within Salesforce
