Job summary

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking a Program Analyst in Revenue Operations and Systems to provide operational and analytical support to Revenue Operations leadership. You will produce reports, monitor performance dashboards, and coordinate capital project documentation while ensuring accurate records and policy compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in administrative or program analysis, with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional administrative, program analysis, or operational support experience.
• Public transportation operations experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license to operate DART non-revenue vehicles.
• Pass a physical (medical) exam including a drug screen.
• Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor uptime, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
• Track project progress and support capital project documentation with staff and contractors.
• Maintain records of operational activities, SOP updates, and process documentation.
• Support vendor and contract tracking including performance and invoicing.
• Coordinate communication between teams to enable project implementation.
