Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Four years of procurement, purchasing, finance, vendor management, or accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms and vendor management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with document management systems and supplier portals.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process internal vendor setup requests and coordinate with Accounts Payable for payment readiness.
• Act as liaison between Procurement and AP to resolve data discrepancies and document verification issues.
• Contact vendors to confirm contract, registration, and payment details.
• Provide user assistance for the DART Supplier Portal and vendor registrations.
• Educate vendors on procurement policies and documentation requirements.
• Track assignments and workflow items to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports for procurement staff and management.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars; record outcomes and follow-ups.
• Onboard new Procurement staff with system access and orientation support.
• Coordinate and track Open Records Requests for data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain procurement records per retention and archival requirements.
