The role partners with analysts and automation architects to implement future-state processes and governance across the revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Architecture, BPM, Consulting, or Transformation.
• Proven success leading enterprise business process redesign across functions.
• Experience designing operating models and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern scalable end-to-end revenue operations processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define future-state operating models.
• Establish governance standards and design principles for processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize workflows, including AI.
• Lead cross-functional process redesign initiatives across multiple business units.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align ownership and standards.
