Job summary

Sage is seeking a Revenue Transformation Lead to evaluate and modernize its revenue accounting, reporting, and finance systems landscape across the organization. The role bridges Finance, Revenue Operations, Tax, Technology, Product, and Sales, delivering scalable, automated processes aligned with US GAAP and business growth.

You will lead ASC 606 assessments, design future-state processes, and guide ERP-based controls and reporting while partnering with multiple functions to optimize close

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive accounting or finance roles.
• Experience managing revenue accounting, ASC 606 judgments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, redesign, and modernize revenue accounting, reporting, and finance systems.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Finance, Revenue Operations, Tax, Legal, Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Design and implement future‑state processes, controls, and reporting frameworks within ERP transformations.
• Develop governance, reporting standards, and scalable controls for revenue operations.
• Provide executive analysis and create materials for management and Board presentations.
