Job summary

Walmart Data Ventures seeks a Manager to join the Global Revenue Operations team as the dedicated sales strategy and operations partner for an international market. You will balance building models with hands-on operational work for the local commercial team.

You will develop segmentation, maintain Salesforce data integrity, and craft visualizations that influence sales strategy. The role partners closely with the Head of Sales in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• 2+ years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
• 4+ years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
• Strong experience with SaaS metrics and revenue modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales models for revenue planning and scenario analysis.
• Develop segmentation frameworks and analytics for prioritization and engagement.
• Own CRM data integrity and pipeline hygiene; ensure Salesforce accuracy for reporting
• Create data visualizations and narratives to drive alignment and sales strategy.
• Set rhythm of the business; manage forecast inputs/outputs and lead pipeline management.
