Job summary

Walmart Data Ventures is seeking a Senior Manager, Expansion Operations to align Global Data Ventures with local markets, banners, and business teams, enabling rapid yet controlled expansion. This role drives readiness, engagement, and sustained value for large‑scale business transformations.

You will support merchants, internal associates, and external partners through discovery, deployment, and post‑launch stabilization while enabling successful launches at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Or 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business and operational work streams to translate expansion strategies into executable change management initiatives; aligning stakeholders around priorities.
• Lead operational readiness activities across expansion opportunities by identifying business requirements and managing risks.
• Equip cross‑functional teams with messaging, onboarding, and support approaches for internal and external users.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and initiatives; consult cross‑functionally to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure successful launch and integration through strategic stakeholder management.
