• Experience leading customer growth, ecommerce, marketplace, or international expansion initiatives.
• Ability to translate growth strategies into cross-functional execution plans.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, funnels, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer growth strategy across awareness, discovery, traffic, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with ECM/GTM, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and market teams to translate growth opportunities into executable plans.
• Use customer insights, funnel metrics, and market data to identify friction and prioritize investments.
• Develop strategies to strengthen awareness, adoption, and growth in existing markets.
• Build scalable customer growth to support new-country expansion.
• Identify opportunities across Walmart-owned and external touchpoints to improve visibility and discovery.
• Establish goals and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and optimize growth initiatives.
