Job summary
Jobtailor in Chicago seeks a seasoned Revenue Operations professional to optimize the Partner Experience technology stack, dashboards, and cross-functional workflows. You will own Planhat and Zendesk configurations, health scoring, and reporting to support partner success.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partner Success, you will drive data-driven decisions, implement scalable processes, and enhance revenue retention and adoption metrics across the partner lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue/Customer Success/Sales Operations in SaaS.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, Planhat or Gainsight, and Zendesk.
- Experience administering LMS/CMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong go-to-market and cross-functional partner experience.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for revenue health.
Responsibilities
- Backbone owner for PX Ops, supporting multiple teams.
- Design and refine workflows across the partner lifecycle.
- Develop reports on partner health, adoption, and SLA performance.
- Collaborate with Finance on renewal forecasting and revenue insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale operations.
