Job summary

AGS Interactive is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager- Interactive to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the commercial organization. You will own the Interactive revenue forecast, reporting models, and performance insights to guide leadership and Account Managers.

This hands-on role requires curiosity, strong analytics, and proactive problem-solving to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience building and owning revenue forecasts or financially focused models.
• Advanced Excel; ability to audit, troubleshoot, and improve complex models.

Responsibilities

• Own Interactive revenue forecast updates, including performance vs target, variance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain bottoms-up monthly forecasts across accounts, markets, and segments.
• Analyze account, market, and revenue performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
