Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who will connect sales, marketing, customer success and finance through reliable data, scalable systems, and clear processes. You will own reporting and the operational infrastructure that supports forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and revenue performance analysis.

You will translate business requirements into CRM workflows, dashboards, and automation while improving data quality and how revenue teams operate.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in revenue operations or analytics.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce and BI dashboards.
• Strong communication and requirement translation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze funnel, pipeline, bookings, churn, and forecast data to identify trends.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Administer and improve CRM processes, field definitions, validation rules, lead routing, and lifecycle tracking.
• Audit revenue data across CRM, billing, marketing automation, and product systems.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable workflows, automations, and reporting.
• Support annual/quarterly planning through territory analysis and quota modeling.
• Document procedures and train cross-functional users on revenue processes.
