Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Go-To-Market team. You will align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations, optimize the tech stack, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate pipeline, bookings, and retention metrics.

You will build dashboards, maintain data integrity, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly executive reporting to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Ops experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to build trusting relationships across GTM teams and the organization.
• Experience creating and maintaining metrics and reports for revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of the buying and customer journey to support GTM team members.
• Manage data integrity of CRM (Salesforce); create reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure revenue-focused teams have tools and information to detect early signs of risk.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and provide company-wide metrics.
• Contribute to GTM data governance to ensure data integrity in core systems.
• Partner with GTM teams to improve predictability and understanding of the business.
• Refine business and technical requirements to drive project execution.
• Continuously improve revenue operations knowledge and analytics practices.
