RevOps Report is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to connect sales pipeline to revenue through robust reporting and financial analysis. You’ll support the full revenue lifecycle with Sales/Marketing collaboration and build scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning recurring reporting and operational deliverables.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex model maintenance.
• Hands-on Salesforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong analysis and ability to translate data into actionable findings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with confidential financial/commercial data handling.

Responsibilities

• Owns recurring reporting across leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition.
• Maintains financial models including commissions, forecast inputs, and revenue bridges.
• Supports weekly pipeline forecast with data prep and deal-tracking.
• Manages Salesforce data hygiene, dashboards, and basic automation.
• Builds reports for Sales/Marketing and analyzes trends to grow revenue.
• Develops post-sale analytics with renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention.
• Evaluates tools and vendors, leads implementation and end-user enablement.
• Documents SOPs to ensure repeatable workflows across the team.
• Supports territory/quota maintenance, deal desk, and commission plans.
• Explores AI-driven improvements to reduce manual effort.
