Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets and complex reporting.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Review enterprise sales opportunities, quotes, and contracts to ensure seamless invoicing and revenue recognition.
Identify potential booking, compliance, or customer experience risks and coordinate issue resolution.
Perform reconciliations and controls using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with global teams to improve data quality and automate processes.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and high-volume periods.
Seek opportunities to reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making through automation.
