Versapay is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own sales compensation, territory design, and the GTM technology stack. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will drive operational excellence and enable go-to-market teams to perform at their best.

You will manage the GTM tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, Calendly), design territories, validate payouts, support forecasting, and build dashboards and KPI scorecards for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Strong Excel and Tableau skills.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• AI fluency with risk awareness.

Responsabilités

• Own sales compensation and territory management.
• Manage GTM tech stack (ZoomInfo, Gong, Calendly) and drive adoption.
• Design territories, administer commissions and SPIFFs, verify payouts.
• Support forecasting rhythms and deliver executive insights.
