GTM Automation Engineer for Revenue Ops

Job summary

Versapay is hiring its first GTM Engineer to remove manual work from the revenue engine, speed up response to inbound demand, and run automated outbound plays for Sales and Marketing. You will design, build and maintain the workflows, integrations and AI agents that connect our GTM systems, with Salesforce as the system of record.

This is a builder role inside Revenue Operations and reports to VP of Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical GTM role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and data relationships.
• Hands-on experience building production workflows in at least one automation platform (n8n, Workato, Make, Zapier, Tray).
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication; able to connect two systems without vendor help.

Responsibilities

• Own speed to lead from inbound form fill to first rep touch, reducing response time.
• Build lead-to-account matching, qualification, routing logic with SLAs and alerts.
• Design automated follow-ups: rep notifications, meeting bookings, and context-rich handoffs.
• Develop automated plays with signal-based triggers and account briefs for the right owner.
• Automate CRM hygiene, data quality and governance across GTM tools and Salesforce.
• Document workflows with ownership, purpose, and kill-switch details.
