Job summary

Versapay is seeking a GTM Engineer to remove manual work from the revenue engine, speed response to inbound demand, and run automated outbound plays for Sales and Marketing. Design, build and maintain workflows, integrations and AI agents that connect GTM systems, with Salesforce as the system of record.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical GTM role such as GTM engineering or RevOps in a B2B SaaS.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and data relationships.
• Hands-on experience building production workflows in at least one automation platform (n8n, Workato, Make, Zapier or Tray).
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication; able to read API docs and connect two systems.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience using LLMs in workflows: prompt design, structured outputs, testing for accuracy.
• Track record of shipping automations with measurable time savings or conversions.
• Strong documentation habits and maintainable design.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound path from form fill to first rep touch with rapid response times.
• Build lead-to-account matching, qualification and routing with SLAs.
• Automate follow-ups: rep notifications, meeting booking, context-rich handoffs.
• Design and automate signal-based plays for marketing and sales alignment.
• Collaborate on campaign follow-up, lead processing and nurture handoffs.
• Identify time sinks and rank fixes by hours saved; automate CRM hygiene.
