Versapay is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own sales compensation, territory design, and the GTM technology stack. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will drive operational excellence and enable go-to-market teams to perform at their best.

You will manage the GTM tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, Calendly), design territories, validate payouts, support forecasting, and build dashboards and KPI scorecards for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Strong Excel and Tableau skills.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• AI fluency with risk awareness.

• As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own sales compensation, territory management, and the GTM tech stack.
• Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will focus on operational execution and workflow optimization to enable go-to-market teams to perform at their best.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the GTM tech stack, including ZoomInfo, Gong, and Calendly, and lead tool evaluation, implementation, and adoption.
• Design territories, administer commission plans and SPIFFs, and validate payouts for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support forecasting rhythms, build dashboards and KPI scorecards, and deliver insights for executive reviews.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar, preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company.
• Extensive experience administering Salesforce and other GTM systems, plus strong modeling skills in Excel and Tableau.
• Hands-on AI fluency, with curiosity and sound judgment about where AI adds value and where it introduces risk.
