Job summary

Koyfin is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own CRM, data, and the lead-to-deal funnel. You will define and implement a lead-scoring model, build forecasting dashboards, and create an outbound messaging library with the SDR team to accelerate growth.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to test, validate motions, and drive results in a fast-paced fintech environment. This builder role requires independence, ownership, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (admin-level) or equivalent CRM depth.
• Strong analytical skills to define funnel and forecasting from scratch.
• Experience writing/overseeing outbound sales copy for messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM, data, and the funnel from lead to deal created, including lead scoring.
• Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure for the org.
• Create and iterate outbound messaging across email and LinkedIn with SDRs.
• Collaborate with AEs and SDRs to optimize processes and motion effectiveness.
