Job summary

Koyfin, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a GTM analytics specialist to own CRM, data, and outbound motion infrastructure. You’ll partner with the Head of Sales to implement end-to-end processes, build reporting, and enable a lean, outcomes-driven sales motion.

The role emphasizes ownership of an outbound, data-driven GTM engine, including enrollment of enrichment workflows and forecasting, with a focus on improving the sales assist motion for AEs and SDRs.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (admin-level) or equivalent CRM depth.
• Experience with enrichment and automation tooling (Clay, Zapier/n8n, APIs/webhooks).
• Strong analytical skills to define funnels, lead scoring, and forecasting from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand HubSpot administration, integrations, and data quality.
• Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure to measure motion effectiveness.
• Create and iterate outbound messaging across email and LinkedIn; own messaging performance metrics.
• Collaborate with AEs and SDRs to identify and scale effective processes.
• Define funnel and lead-scoring models and document end-to-end processes.
