Koyfin is a fast-growing fintech company building a powerful analytics platform used by financial advisors and individual investors. We are launching a GTM Engineer function to build systems, data, and messaging infrastructure for the sales org.

This builder role focuses on defining funnels, lead scoring, dashboards, and outbound messaging; you will own end‑to‑end GTM motions and partner with the Head of Sales to drive results.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics.
• Deep, hands‑on HubSpot experience (admin‑level) or equivalent depth in a comparable CRM; ownership of integrations and data architecture.
• Hands‑on with enrichment and automation tooling (Clay, Zapier/n8n, APIs/webhooks); SQL or scripting a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build funnel definitions, lead‑scoring models, and forecasting from scratch, without a data team.
• Experience writing and iterating outbound sales copy, or overseeing it, since this role owns messaging end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot admin, integrations, and data quality.
• Expand enrichment and automated workflows for new registrants and existing users.
• Define and document the funnel from lead to deal created, including lead scoring model.
• Build dashboards, reporting and forecasting infrastructure used to judge motion performance.
• Create and iterate all prospect‑facing messaging across email and LinkedIn.
• Own message performance metrics as input to funnel data.
• Collaborate with AEs and SDRs to identify what’s working, iterate and improve.
