Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (Alma) to lead a small team and own the CRM, data infrastructure, and revenue analytics. This fully remote role collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance to design and implement revenue strategies and automation across tools.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in revenue operations with Salesforce configuration experience, strong SQL skills, and a track record of improving revenue processes using

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce (flows, validation rules, permission sets, FLS).
• Built and maintained automations that others depend on.
• Expertise with revenue tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft).
• Proven track record implementing sales strategies to optimize revenue generation.
• Fluent with AI tools as a core part of work, to move faster and reason clearly.
• Fluent in SQL to query data warehouses for accurate revenue data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Revenue Operations team while contributing as an IC.
• Manage CRM, sales/marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue strategies.
• Lead projects from ideation to execution to improve revenue processes.
• Own recurring reporting across sales and growth marketing.
