Job summary

Thatch Health is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate to join the Revenue Strategy function. Remote from the US, you will turn signals from Salesforce, Redshift, and operational data into analyses that guide leadership on resource allocation and commercial decisions.

You’ll own end-to-end deliverables, partner with stakeholders, and build the SQL layer and BI views to keep metrics accurate. The role blends analytical execution with program management and requires 2–4 years in GTM

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in GTM analytics, RevOps, BizOps, or related analytical role in a high-growth tech company
• Strong SQL is required and Salesforce, Redshift or Snowflake familiarity
• Experience with a BI tool (Sigma, Metabase, Tableau)
• Familiarity with GTM math: win rates, conversion, coverage, unit economics
• Analytical rigor: structure analyses and verify results
• Strong written and verbal communication; ownership of workstreams

Responsibilities

• Channel and pipeline analytics across multiple GTM motions
• Forecasting and pipeline quality support with data-driven flags
• Own operating cadence execution end-to-end (MBR/QBR, forecasts, incentives)
• Maintain SQL layer and BI views against Salesforce and Redshift
• Support GTM systems changes with data hygiene and validation
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership decisions
