STACK Construction Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead strategy, processes, technology, and data behind STACK's revenue teams in a remote-first environment.

You will turn signals into action, align cross-functional teams, and own forecasting and analytics to drive growth. The role requires 8+ years in Revenue/ Sales Operations, strong AI in GTM experience, and mastery of Salesforce and related tools.

Formación

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations / GTM ops with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling signal-led / intent-based GTM motions.
• Hands-on with AI in GTM operations and data-driven forecasting.
• Experience with Salesforce and multiple revenue systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue operations strategy and roadmap across sales, CS, marketing, and partnerships.
• Build a signal-led revenue engine aggregating product usage, engagement, and intent signals.
• Design signal-based account scoring, routing, and plays with measurable impact.
• Instruments the PLG funnel and reconciles self-serve with rep-sold revenue.
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue analytics; lead cadence and reporting.
• Build dashboards used by leaders and flag risks early (aging pipeline, renewal risk).
• Partner with Finance on annual plans, quotas, and compensation design.
• Lead Revenue Operations team and drive adoption of AI tools with guardrails.
