Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead the team that produces the metrics GTM leadership relies on, and the intelligence guiding where the field spends its time. You will own the full stack: Sales and CS reporting, forecasting, compensation management, territory and capacity planning, and GTM intelligence spanning ICP, scoring models, data quality, and competitive insight.

You'll manage four analysts, report to the CSO/CCO/CMO/CFO, and shape how revenue is

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations or equivalent analytical function.
• Direct ownership of a forecast cycle and standing reporting layer.
• Hands-on sales compensation design, payout and quota planning experience.
• Advanced Salesforce skills with dashboards and data modeling.
• Ability to explain numbers to executive leadership clearly with context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Sales and CS forecast cycle and accuracy measurement.
• Own GTM intelligence including ICP, segmentation and competitive insight.
• Own compensation management for all GTM teams, including payout design.
• Maintain standing reporting layer for bookings, pipeline, GRR, NRR, churn, and NPS.
• Lead capacity planning and territory design; quantify revenue impact of changes.
• Manage four analysts and drive data quality remediation.
