Kenco Logistics is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive scalable marketing and sales operations across the full funnel. You will own Pardot and Salesforce care, build dashboards, and support data-driven decisions that boost growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience as an administrator within Sales and Marketing; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201/ADM211) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and main contact for Pardot and Salesforce requests.
• Analyze Marketing and Sales data to drive growth and optimize pipelines.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
• Train users on CRM and MarTech tooling; maintain data quality and processes.
• Lead Salesforce modules deployment and system functionality.
• Support Lead Gen, nurturing programs and campaign automation.
