Career Certified is seeking a Revenue & Marketing Analytics Manager to bridge marketing activity with financial outcomes across B2B and B2C funnels. You will build consistent reporting, executive dashboards, and KPI definitions to support leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, FP&A, and Data teams to deliver insights for growth, efficiency, and profitability while ensuring data integrity and cross-brand alignment.

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics or revenue operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
Experience building executive dashboards and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Own B2B and B2C funnel reporting from lead through revenue.
Develop executive dashboards and KPI definitions for leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, FP&A, Data Analytics, and Sales Operations.
Monitor spend vs. budget and forecast accuracy.
Provide actionable insights to improve growth and profitability.
Support Board presentations and strategic planning initiatives.
