Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Lead Sales & Operations Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights, shaping forecasts, performance narratives, and pipeline decisions. You’ll partner with Revenue Operations and Finance, build dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and apply AI tools to accelerate reporting for leadership.

You’ll own executive-ready reports, mentor teammates, and drive improvements across segments and functions to meet revenue objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a Finance role.
• Experience supporting a high-performing sales organization.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to operationalize sales forecasting.
• Develop domain expertise in Sales data to support forecasting and performance.
• Use Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI to build reliable data lakes and dashboards.
• Source and streamline underlying data with Systems Finance and DSIG Finance.
• Provide segment- and product-level analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Develop executive-ready monthly reports, KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Own forecasting and pipeline analytics and explain insights to leadership.
• Draft narrative insights and mentor junior team members.
