Thomson Reuters seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to transform CRM and sales data into trusted reports and campaign-ready files. You will own reconciliation, data validation, and list creation for prospecting, renewals, and cross-sell motions, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.

Required 2–4 years in sales ops or BI, proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or data roles; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills for data cleanup and imports.
• Basic SQL for pulling and shaping data.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the standard sales reporting suite — pipeline, activity, win rates, forecast accuracy, and territory performance — in Salesforce and Power BI.
• Maintain CRM data integrity by running audits and resolving issues such as mis-staged opportunities, missing fields, duplicates, and territory ownership.
• Create and validate account and contact lists for prospecting, whitespace, winback, migration, renewal, cross-sell, and campaigns.
• Translate business requests into clear list criteria, filters, exclusions, and reusable data logic.
• Validate product ownership, spend, customer status, and campaign eligibility before lists are distributed.
• Prepare campaign-ready and CRM-ready files with required identifiers and source-system keys.
• Turn KPI definitions into consistent operational reporting and maintain single source of truth.
• Identify process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and reduce ad hoc requests.
• Serve as escalation point for complex reporting or data issues for frontline sales.
• Document data-quality issues and route to the right owners.
