Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive accurate reporting, data enrichment, and business analysis across the lead-to-booking cycle. You will balance dashboards, data quality work, and actionable insights for sales visibility and operational improvements.

The role requires technical reporting skills, experience with NetSuite, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, revenue or sales operations, data quality, or related field.
• NetSuite experience preferred, esp. using reports or saved searches.
• Ability to translate data into a clear business narrative for nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports covering sales, bookings, gross profit, pipeline, and customer history.
• Run, maintain, and develop reports and saved searches; validate filters and data relationships.
• Combine and reconcile data from multiple sources; document definitions and assumptions.
• Analyze trends, explain business implications, and suggest actions to improve visibility and operations.
• Research and enrich lead and customer records with company details, HQ, verticals, and lead sources.
• Identify duplicates or incomplete records and support cleanup and lead allocation under RevOps rules.
• Prepare account ownership and territory update files and verify data integrity.
• Research customer segments and project activity to support sales initiatives and marketing case studies.
• Document data quality procedures and verify AI outputs against reliable sources.
• Conduct periodic data integrity audits and surface anomalies for remediation.
