Job summary

OnLogic is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to own data that fuels sales, marketing and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimize budgets, drive pipeline efficiency and enable data-driven decisions across channels.

This onsite role requires presence at our South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC offices and supports relocation or commuting. Strong BI and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics in a data-driven setting.
• Bridge between Sales, Marketing and Finance with KPI-focused insights.
• Experience building scalable dashboards in BI platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a robust sales and revenue data strategy.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs like pipeline health and sales velocity.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to forecast revenue, quotas, and territory planning.
• Develop intuitive dashboards for commercial stakeholders.
• Normalize and integrate data from CRM, ERP, and sales enablement tools.
• Identify data improvements and automate processes across the funnel.
