Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams to make the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You will design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (admin experience a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and HubSpot.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies with cross-functional impact.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, and Analytics.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis to surface actionable insights.
• Own workflow automations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on processes and tooling changes.
