Job summary

Affirm is seeking a curious Revenue Operations Analyst II to join our Revenue Operations team. You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to make the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable.

You will design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue, sales, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top of funnel processes, with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define lead routing logic and automation triggers; work with Business Systems for implementation.
• Own cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics.
