Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to make the top of the funnel predictable and scalable. You will design workflows, routing logic, and automation to ensure smooth entry of leads and accounts into revenue processes.

The role blends tactical automation with strategic lifecycle design, routing, and scalable coverage models to drive funnel efficiency. Remote-first company with flexible office options nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator is a plus) and marketing automation platforms.
• Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top of funnel processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define lead routing logic and automations; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance to surface actionable insights.
• Own workflow automations that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with the Business Systems team to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes.
