Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to join the Revenue Operations team. You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling for leads, contacts, and accounts entering the revenue funnel.

The role blends tactical execution—building automation and workflows—with strategic lifecycle design, routing logic, and scalable coverage models to support growth. Remote-first with some in-office needs in the country.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent four-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (admin experience is a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and BI tools understanding.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and data enrichment tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and drive funnel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel processes from Marketing to Discovery handoff with automation and data quality focus.
• Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; collaborate with Business Systems for implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel analysis for marketing performance and early funnel insights.
• Own workflow automations (Slack, cross-tool workflows) to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling; ensure data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on top-of-funnel processes and tooling changes.
