Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit with a transparent, consumer-friendly approach. We seek a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to design scalable funnel processes and lifecycle automation.

You will own lead routing, workflow automation, and data integrity while partnering with multiple teams to drive funnel health and actionable insights. This role emphasizes both tactical automation and strategic lifecycle design.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot).
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel lifecycle processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Own cross-functional initiatives end to end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Product.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis for actionable insights.
• Develop workflow automations to speed lead intake and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on new processes.
