Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams. You will design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling governing how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel.

The role emphasizes building automation, lifecycle design, routing logic, and scalable coverage models to support a data-driven, high-velocity funnel. A strong candidate combines tactical workflow automation with strategic process design.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent four-year degree.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot and HubSpot.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and BI understanding.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and routing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define and own lead routing logic and lifecycle dependencies; collaborate with Business Systems for implementation.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analyses for actionable insights.
• Own workflow automations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for lead/account management; ensure data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on processes and tooling changes.
