Forma.ai is shaping how GTM data is collected, analyzed, and acted on. The Customer Operations team designs dashboards, analyzes funnel performance, and develops automated data pipelines to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll work with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other BI stacks to deliver insights that impact marketing and sales outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast learning, and collaboration across GTM functions, with opportunities for growth as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and/or Statistics.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in the GTM stack.
• Experience in report building, data analysis and workflow automation within a GTM tech stack.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python and familiarity with at least one BI tool (Power BI/Looker/Tableau).
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• High achiever with ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards in BI tools to monitor marketing, sales, lead flow and conversion metrics.
• Automate recurring reports and enable self-serve analytics for GTM teams.
• Analyze funnel performance from marketing to sales outcomes and provide KPI insights.
• Support A/B testing, sales activity analysis, and segmentation strategies.
• Write Python and SQL scripts to extract and structure data from external sources.
• Build automated enrichment pipelines to augment CRM/marketing data with third-party insights.
