About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the data, systems, and reporting infrastructure behind the revenue engine: Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and go-to-market process design.
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the data, systems, and reporting infrastructure behind the revenue engine: Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and go-to-market process design. The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, translating messy operational data into reliable metrics leadership can act on, and continuously tightening the workflows that connect lead-to-cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce (or HubSpot) objects, validation rules, flows, and dashboards that support pipeline management and forecast reviews
- Own revenue reporting: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ARR movement, and forecast-vs-actual analysis in tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL-backed dashboards
- Audit and improve lead routing, opportunity hygiene, and stage definitions across the CRM to ensure data integrity
- Partner with sales leadership on territory planning, quota modeling, and capacity analysis
- Instrument the lead-to-cash funnel end-to-end, identifying friction points between marketing automation, CRM, and billing systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Design and document RevOps playbooks and processes for deal desk, renewals, and handoffs
- Ad-hoc analyses for GTM leadership: cohort performance, win/loss trends, and ROI on sales programs
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a comparable analytics-heavy role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Advanced SQL skills; comfortable querying large datasets and building models in Excel or Google Sheets
- Hands-on CRM administration experience (Salesforce preferred), including reporting, automation, and data hygiene practices
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) and building exec-facing dashboards
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analytics, or quota/territory planning
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, finance, data, or similar) or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with billing/CPQ systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ), Python or R for analysis, and RevOps certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
