Job summary

Foodservice Equipment Distributors Assoc. (FEDA) is seeking a Director of Membership and Revenue to own and elevate the association's total revenue strategy across membership, advertising, sponsorship, and conference.

You will lead recruitment, retention, and revenue growth initiatives with data-driven decision making. The role requires proactive leadership, strong Excel skills, and a track record of hitting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning membership and/or revenue functions.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Relentless sense of urgency and ownership.
• Strong strategic thinking to seize new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the total revenue strategy across membership, advertising, sponsorship, and conference.
• Lead member recruitment and retention efforts with targeted messaging.
• Drive advertising, sponsorship, and conference revenue growth and fulfillment.
• Build revenue trackers, pipelines, and dashboards to monitor progress.
