Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager for the Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort in Lihue, HI. The role focuses on turning data and market trends into actionable pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.

You’ll work with hotel leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop distribution strategies, manage demand, and drive performance. A strong analytics background and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management, Hospitality Analytics, Commercial Strategy, or Yield Management.
• Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory management, and hotel distribution channels.
• Experience with STR reports, RMS, CRS, PMS platforms, and hotel BI tools.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills and ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Analyze performance data, STR reports, market trends, booking pace, and competitive set activity to identify opportunities.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, inventory control, yield management, and demand optimization across hotels.
• Monitor and optimize distribution channels, OTA performance, channel mix, and rate parity strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to align commercial plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts and performance analyses.
