Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager in Hawaii to turn data and trends into pricing and distribution strategies that maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and hotel leadership, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitability and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of hotel revenue management, hospitality analytics, or yield management.
• Strong knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting, pricing strategy.
• Experience with STR reports and RMS/CRS/PMS tools.
• Advanced analytics and reporting skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Analyze hotel performance data, STR reports, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, inventory control, yield management, and demand optimization.
• Monitor distribution channels and rate parity strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to align strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts and performance analyses.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings with leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through segmentation and pricing.
• Maintain RMS, CRS, PMS and reporting tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Any other duties as assigned.
