Job summary

RecruitAbility Ltd in Austin seeks a Revenue Supervisor/Manager to lead day-to-day revenue accounting operations and support a high-performing accounting team. You will oversee billing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment posting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 1 year of leadership experience, with strong knowledge of ASC 606 and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field.
• Experience in revenue, billing, collections, or payment applications preferred.
• Leadership/supervisory experience required (1+ year).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

The Revenue Manager will oversee key areas of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment posting, while ensuring accuracy, strong controls, and efficient processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong accounting experience with exposure to revenue, billing, collections, or payment applications
• At least 1 year of leadership experience as a team lead or supervisor
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
