RecruitAbility Ltd in Austin seeks a Revenue Supervisor/Manager to lead day-to-day revenue accounting operations and support a high-performing accounting team. You will oversee billing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment posting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 1 year of leadership experience, with strong knowledge of ASC 606 and internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field.
• Experience in revenue, billing, collections, or payment applications preferred.
• Leadership/supervisory experience required (1+ year).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the billing and payment applications team.
• Oversee billing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment posting processes.
• Apply revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606, to evaluate contracts and ensure proper accounting.
• Support and develop team members while promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with internal teams on new and upcoming billing activity.
• Maintain strong documentation and accounting controls.
