Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own complex revenue streams, manage the monthly close, and serve as a key resource for ASC 606 and contract accounting matters.

In this highly visible role you will partner with Legal, Tax, Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve processes, strengthen controls, and ensure accurate revenue reporting across Workday and connected systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong revenue accounting experience with knowledge of ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills; Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Public accounting, CPA eligibility, or staff management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment.
• Lead monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare technical accounting memos supporting significant revenue conclusions.
• Support external audits and maintain revenue accounting policies and controls.
• Improve revenue processes and data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
