Job summary

Valor Front is assisting a newly launched U.S. colocation and AI inference platform to identify its first Chief Revenue Officer. This unique opportunity lets you define the go-to-market strategy, select verticals, and build the revenue team market by market, shaping the company alongside a founding team of seasoned data center operators.

The CRO will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include building and leading the sales organization, developing channel partnerships, setting pricing

Qualifications

• Data center or colocation industry experience is required.
• Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams.
• Experience with smaller capacity deployments (cabinets, cages, suites) for mid-market/enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale a startup or carve-out environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including product mix, vertical segmentation, target customer profiles, and market prioritization.
• Build, hire, and lead the sales and revenue organization from a blank page.
• Develop the channel partner ecosystem across VARs, MSPs, IT resellers, brokers, and carriers.
• Establish pricing strategy, SLA and contract frameworks, and sales processes for multi-tenant colocation.
• Implement revenue operations discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM.
• Help shape overall company and product strategy and support M&A.
